Gemälde, Öl auf Leinwand, Hütejunge mit Kühen und Ziegen in arkadischer Landschaft, 48 x 80,5 cm, insgesamt guter Zustand mit Retuschen, diese vornehmlich im Himmel und den Bäumen, späterer Keilrahmen, sauber gerahmt in sehr gutem Rahmen des frühen 19. Jhd. (64 x 98 cm) Typisches Gemälde von Johann Heinrich Roos, das Torbogenstück und das Postament mit Figur finden sich allein in wenigstens einem Dutzend seiner Gemälde, in dieser Komposition findet es sich nahezu identisch auf einem großen Gemälde im Szepmuveszti Muzeum in Budapest und auf einem Gemälde der Sammlungen auf Schloss Hampton Court, vgl.: H. Roos, the archway and the pedestal with figure occurs in a lot of his paintings, in this particular composition on a large painting in the Szepmuveszti Muzeum in Budapest and a painting in the Hampton Court collectin, see.: H.
