Important - please note due to continuing difficulties with international shipping, we ask the buyer to arrange
this. There will be a packing charge. There will also be a time limit of one week for international customers to respond,
if not we will cancel the order. This is due to constant issues of non payment and also non delivery

Shipping/posting is available and invoices will be sent including p/p information.
Lots purchased online with the-saleroom.com will attract an additional charge for this service in the sum of 6% of the hammer price plus VAT at the rate imposed
Please note if you have been successful in winning any lots in our auction, you will be sent an invoice (including postage and packing) via email with our bank details on so that payment via bank transfer can be made. We aim to get the invoice sent out to you within 48 hours following the end of the auction.
If you would prefer to collect your item(s) rather than have them posted out to you, please contact email to nick.barber1965@btinternet.com or 07876 757268. Please at this time DO NOT just turn up to collect items, you must contact first and arrange. Please do not just turn up at the shop as due to restrictions the shop hours will be reduced.

Please be aware that all goods sold in our auctions are second hand and The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) does not apply to any item purchased at one of our auctions. All items are available to view prior to the auction and it is at the purchasers’ own risk whether they choose to view the items or not.
All Lots are sold as shown with any faults, errors of description and imperfections. The Auctioneer shall not be held responsible for the date, age, authenticity, period or condition of any lot. Every effort is made to ensure that all items, autographs etc., are original and authentic.
Nick Barber Auctions accept no responsibility for the accuracy of any statement, whether printed in a catalogue or made orally, as to grading, authorship, attribution, genuineness, origin, date, age, provenance and condition. All such statements are ones purely of opinion and are not to be taken as being, or implying, warranties, guarantees or representations of fact. The auctioneers reserve the right in forming their opinion, to consult and rely on any expert or authority considered by them to be reliable. Ample opportunity is given for inspection. Each purchaser, by making a bid for a lot, is deemed to have understood all the Conditions of Sale and to have satisfied themselves as to the condition of the lot and the accuracy of its description, including whether the lot is damaged or has been repaired.

BIDDING
In making any bid or commission bid the purchaser accepts that attention has been drawn to these conditions of sale, and agrees to be bound by them.
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid, and regulates the advance of bidding.
The Auctioneer reserves the right of absolute discretion should a dispute occur concerning a sale, including the right to offer any disputed lot for re-sale.
Where a Vendor has imposed a reserve, the Auctioneer shall have the right to bid on his/her behalf.
Before commencement of the Auction prospective purchasers must register their name and address and be issued with a bidding number. Failure to do so gives the Auctioneer the right to disregard any unregistered bid and re-enter the lot for sale.
Bids are accepted by email to nick.barber1965@btinternet.com , by post or by telephone (details on the front page of this catalogue). Bids will be accepted up until 8am on the day of sale. If bids are received after that time they may not be included.
Please note that if you are bidding online via www.the-saleroom.com an additional 6% commission will be added to your bill. Our Buyers Commission Charges : A premium of 18% will be added to the bill on completion.
PAYMENT
Cash, debit cards can be used to make payments as well as Internet Banking.No lots may be cleared until full payment has been made.
