A pair of Martin Brothers incised blue glazed pottery candlesticks, signed to base “RW Martin” 25 cm high
CONDITION REPORTS
The top half of one of the candlesticks has been broken and restored. The other has also been broken in half and restored more to the centre, has cracks through the base. Both have firing faults, surface scratches, some losses to the glaze and are in need of a good clean. A slight difference in colour, on one the lighter parts are more bluey than the other which are more creamy - see images for more details
