A pair of 19th Century Chinese famille rose stem cups, the bowls with plain interiors decorated with blossom in a garden setting to the exterior, raised on a collars splayed foot decorated with crashing waves, 10.5 cm diameter x 8 cm high, together with a graduated set of three Chinese stem cups with famille rose decoration, the shallow bowls with flared and shaped rims, raised on a tapering foot, 12.7 cm diameter x 5.8 cm high, 12 cm diameter x 4.6 cm high and 10.6 cm diameter x 4.4 cm high

CONDITION REPORTS
The pair of stem cups: Cup 1 - two large hairline cracks from the rim towards the centre approx. 4 cm and 3 cm each, chip to rim approx. 7 mm, wear to the enamel conducive with age and use throughout - see images for further detail. Cup 2 - chip to rim approx. 6 mm with hairline crack emanating from the chip for approx. 2 cm downwards, otherwise with wear and tear conducive with age and use Set of three cups: Largest: two repaired areas of damage to the rim, one with glue, one glued and filled - see images for further detail Middle size: basically sound though with wear and tear conducive with age and use Smallest: large area of filled repair and repainting, otherwise with wear and tear conducive with age and use including some loss to the enamel particularly to the pink of flowers
