SUITE OF EARLY VICTORIAN SILVER CUTLERY, ROBERT GRAY & SON, GLASGOW CIRCA 1837
Kings pattern, comprising twelve table forks, twelve table spoons, twelve dessert forks, twelve dessert spoons, twelve teaspoons and tongs, two mustard spoons, two sauce ladles, a pair of basting spoons and a soup ladle, along with twelve silver handled table knives and dessert knives (these later), also two silver table forks, three silver teaspoons, a silver dessert spoon, a pair of plated grape scissors and plated sugar nips
Qty: the weighable silver approx. 5130g gross
Condition good to fair, with each piece subject to light to medium wear as per use and age, including minor dings, wear to armorials light scratches.
Circa 1837 as some are either side. Majority of not all, Robert Gray & Sons.
Later knives are Terry Shaverin, Sheffield marks.
Further pieces are 19TH century.
