1) Several pieces in this auction form part of a student’s active GCSE or A Level portfolio and the original must remain in the possession of the school until the examination has finished. In these cases, a replica piece will be provided to the buyer until it can be exchanged with the original piece. These pieces are identified in the individual Lot descriptions.
2) Several pieces in this auction are shortlisted for the Sovereign Art Foundation Students Prize Guernsey. Should a lot win either the Judges’ Prize or Public Prize in this national competition, it will automatically be enrolled in the Sovereign Global Students Prize; the buyer will have to agree for the piece to be available for display at the Global Students Prize Exhibition, scheduled to take place in Q1 2022. The Sovereign Art Foundation will organise the collection and return of the artwork in this instance.
