Earthenware, dark treacly glaze with green over a brushed slip design around the body, mottled coppery splashes to the shoulder, four looping handles mounted to the shoulder, impressed MC and Leach Pottery seals

PROVENANCE: Private Collection, London
CONDITION: Glaze losses around the rim and to the edges of some of the handles, otherwise in good condition with no major damage or restoration

Successful bidders can collect purchased lots from the ROA Gallery on the Friday and Saturday immediately after the auction. To do so you must notify Maak in writing in advance by no later than 12pm on the Friday after the auction.
