Early edition of Le Roy's spectacular illustrated survey of the castles, manor houses, abbeys and monasteries of the province of Brabant, in four parts, concerning Louvain, Brussels, Antwerp and Bois-Le-Duc ('s-Hertogenbosch) respectively, and here bound as usual with the first edition of a supplementary work, L'Erection de toutes les terres. A £6,500 spend limit has been applied to this auction. Bidders intending on spending above this amount will need to provide photo identification to have the spend limit removed. REGISTRATION
All potential buyers must register prior to placing a bid. Registration information may be submitted in person at our registration desk, by email, by fax or on our website. Please note that all first-time time bidders at Lyon & Turnbull will be asked to supply the following documents in order to facilitate registration:
1 – Government issued photo ID (Passport/Driving licence)
2 – Proof of address (utility bill/bank statement).
We may, at our option, also ask you to provide a bank reference and/or deposit.
By registering for the sale, the buyer acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and accepted our Conditions of Sale.
PAYMENT
Our accounts teams will continue to be available to process payments and answer queries. We will be able to accept online payments through our website and bank transfer.
Payment is due within seven (7) days of the sale. Lots purchased will not be released until full payment has been received. Payment may be made by the following methods:

Payment can be made by Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard or Visa Credit cards.

We do not accept card payments by phone. Please use our online payment service (provided by Stripe). You will find a link to this service in the email invoice issued after the sale or you can visit the payments section of our website.
CASH
Cash payments up to £5,000.
CHEQUE
