"Jesus arriving in Jerusalem"
Oil on board. Reinforced.
Jesus is depicted in the foreground, riding a donkey, surrounded by his disciples. In the background is a walled town with a crowd of characters past which we can see a landscape sprinkled with architectural compositions.
The perspective and the composition of the different levels that make up the scene are marvellously executed. The pictorial quality is outstanding both in the lines of the landscape and architecture as well as in the characters.
