"The Resurrection of Christ". Carved polychrome and gilt relief. Castilian school. 16th century.
Christ, resuscitated, is shown in all his greatness and majesty, with an expression of serenity on his face. Covered with a loin cloth and a large red cloak which wraps around him and falls from his left arm to rest on the floor, forming folds, achieving a very realistic effect.
