CLOCK WITH WOODEN COGWHEELS and front 'zappler',
Appenzell, 18th century. The dial signed JOSEPH GUTTMANN 1792.
Open case (formerly with doors). Fronton painted with flowers and tendrils. Movement with wooden cogwheels, with verge escapement striking the 1/2-hour on bell.
30x16x39 cm.
