A mid to late 19th century silver and gold, old and rose-cut diamond articulated floral spray brooch, with ruby highlights, old-cut diamond estimated weight 0.50ct, I-J colour, P1 clarity, length 12.7cm, 38.3g
Overall condition good
Diamonds are predominantly bright and lively, old-cut diamonds with inclusions beneath crown visible to the unaided eye
Rubies are a vivid red to purplish red hue, well saturated, predominantly good clarity
Rubies with abrasion to facet edges
Some rubies may be synthetic
Light marks, discolouration and scratches, in keeping with general age and wear
Brooch fittings in good working condition
