Mid 19th century, with maker`s mark for 1844 - 1862, further marked ``Christofle`` and numbered ``184943``, each end with scrolling floral and foliate-cast handles sweeping downwards to acanthus-sheathed scroll feet flanking the pierced oval body centering to each side a vacant cartouche topped by a bowknot and laurel sprays issuing floral garlands linking to bouquets heading additional conforming feet, with a liner also with maker`s mark and further marked ``Christofle`` and numbered ``184944``, 9`` H x 34.5`` W x 18`` D, est: $20,000/30,000
