Figures in an ornate Oriental courtyard, signed and dated lower left: A. Fabbi 1883, oil on panel, 16`` H x 10.25`` W, est: $6000/9000
Provenance: Private Southern California Estate. Condition: Visual: A spot of craquelure in the upper right. A few minor surface cracks to the panel along the lower edge. An area of indentation in the upper center near the edge intrinsic to the board prior to the artist painting it. A diagonal surface scratch in between the figures. Uneven varnish and surface drips. Blacklight: A quarter-sized area of overpaint in the upper right. A few minor spots of touch-up in the dark pigments of the star window and to the right of the female figure`s head. A spot of touch-up on the door frame in the left center. Your bid indicates acceptance of our Conditions of Sale. AS-IS. ALL SALES FINAL
