Late 19th century, movement stamped ``Tiffany & Compy. / 2763 / 4 / 11``, the circular cast brass dial with oval white enamel cartouches with black enamel Roman numerals, beneath a glazed aperture within a square foliate-scroll cast case flanked by lion`s mask-and-loop handles and with a domed gadrooned top, the pierced rear door opening to reveal the twin-train movement, on a rectangular base raised on foliate paw feet, 12.75`` H x 10.5`` W x 7`` D, est: $1000/1500
Condition: The case with general marks, scratches and rubbed wear commensurate with age. Right front foot loose. Wooden panel beneath movement cracked. Movement incomplete- lacking pendulum. No key.
