At center, a full length image of the Saint holding a medicine box and the borders with 14 scenes from his life each identified by corresponding inscription and each finely painted in the miniature technique. The inner kovcheg with ornate gilt decoration of scrolling foliage. An extremely competently painted icon of the highest quality and of a subject heretofore never seen or offered by Jackson's. 12.25 inches x 10.25 inches (31.5 x 26 cm).
