Für Margarete Stonborough-Wittgenstein schuf die Wiener Werkstätte in den Jahren 1904 und 1905 eine vollständige Wohnungseinrichtung. Die Einrichtung einiger Zimmer hat Koloman Moser entworfen, den Großteil Josef Hoffmann. Produziert wurden diese für die Berliner Wohnung der Stonboroughs bestimmten Möbel von der Wiener Tischlerei Soulek. Der Hocker dürfte aus dem Wohnzimmer stammen. (EP)
