PAYMENT If you are successful with an item(s) you will receive an online invoice the day after the auction. This will contain a breakdown of successful lots, and charges. COLLECTION You can collect your items by appointment once you have paid your invoice online and book a collection appointment. You must book the appointment using the booking link in the invoice email. If you want your items delivered, please let us know before paying your invoice by emailing info@herman.ie, we will then update the invoice and send it back to you. If you arrive without a collection time our staff will refuse your collection. All items must be collected within 14 days.
