- The buyer is required to pay a deposit at the time of the award and the remaining amount will be paid no later than 3 days from the conclusion of the Auction.
- The successful bidder, once the balance of the auction has been paid, is required to take care of the collection of the purchased goods at their own risk and expense. This withdrawal must take place no later than seven consecutive days at the end of the auction. After this deadline, the Auction House declines all responsibility for deterioration and damage purchased.
- In the event of non-payment, the Auction House may return the goods to the principal and equally demand the commissions, and related expenses, from the non-buyer.
- Buyers are required to comply with all laws and regulations in force relating to objects subject to notification, with particular reference to Legislative Decree No. 490 of 29/10/1999. The export of objects is governed by the aforementioned legislation and by the customs tax laws in force. In particular, the successful bidder will not be able to claim any reimbursement of any interest on the price and auction fees already paid.
- These Conditions of Sale are automatically accepted by those who compete for the auction. The jurisdiction of the Court of Palermo is established for all disputes.
