* WWII aircraft. Three finely detailed 1:72 scale models, comprising a Handley-Page 'Halifax' B.III LV 917, NP-C of 158 Squadron R.A.F. Liffett, September 1944, plus a Martin 'Marauder' Mk I FK 375 D 'Dominion Revenge' of 14 Squadron R.A.F. Fayid, December 1942, and a Douglas 'Boston' Mk III AL 693 RH-U of 88 Squadron R.A.F. Attlebridge, May 1942, built for exhibition purposes by Brian Thomas, the 'Halifax' modelled to show paintwork ageing, rotating dorsal turrett, propellers, engineer walking towards aircraft, bomb trolley to side, wheels chocked, on simulated concrete hard-standing, the 'Marauder' with nose-art and rotating propellers, wheels chocked, on simulated hard-standing, the three models contained in two display cases, with crested, signed and dated display boards, 1981 & 1982, approx. 18.5 ins., (47 cms.) wide.
