Ernst Paltscho (1858-1929), Oostenrijk - Hongarije, 14 kt. gouden 'butterfly wing' vlinderbroche. De vleugels gemaakt van echte vlindervleugels (Morpho cypris) onder bergkristal. Het lijfje van zilver en bezet met witte saffier (wsch. later er in gezet), de ogen van robijn en op de kop en voelsprieten kleine roosdiamant. De achterzijde met letter A voor Wenen en de tekst "Breveté dans tous les pays" (Gepatenteerd in alle landen). In origineel etui, Ernst Paltscho, Graben 14, Wien bruto 44,0 gr., h. 6 x b. 9 cm [1] Ernst Paltscho (1858-1929), Austria - Hungary, 14 k. gold 'butterfly wing' brooch. The wings made of real butterfly wings (Morpho cypris) under domed rock crystal. The body of silver and set with white sapphire (probably of later date), the eyes of ruby , the head and feelers with small rose cut diamond.
