A gilt brass four-glass clock with plated mounts, having a vase shaped finial with foliate supports to the hoof feet, fitted a white enamel dial with Roman numerals and open Brocot escapement, the eight-day movement striking the half-hours and hours on a bell and with twin-cylinder mercury compensated pendulum, 38cm (15") high, see illustration
