M manual winding. 18K yellow gold woven bracelet stamped Guy Freres for Patek Philippe. Dial, case movement and bracelet signed. Accompanied by Extract from the Archives. Diam. 29, lungh. 15,5. Dial with nice patina and slightly spotted, of the name Freccero over the seconds is visible only the negative track, case back with superficial scratches.
