CULTURED PEARL NECKLACE WITH CULTURED PEARL AND DIAMOND-SET PENDANT AND PENDENT EARRINGS 1st: Cultured pearl necklace with silver clasp 11.1-15.0mm graduated cultured pearls Silver clasp Length 47.0cm 2nd: Cultured pearl and diamond-set earrings 13.3-13.8mm cultured pearls Brilliant-cut diamonds, approx. 0.70ct total Length 2.3cm 3rd: Cultured pearl and diamond-set pendant 14.4mm cultured pearls Brilliant-cut diamonds, approx. 0.40ct Length 2.7cm Total weight approx. 110.0g (3) Footnotes: OVERALL CONDITION Light surface wear to the unhallmarked white metal (earrings testing as 17ct gold, pendant hoop testing as 14ct gold) and silver. Earrings marked to reverse K18WG. Only suitable for pierced ears. Clasp secure and marked to reverse ''SILVER PAT. PENDING''. Pendant stamped to reverse 0.10 K14WG. CULTURED PEARL Round to off-round cultured pearls of black tint with silver and green overtones and a medium lustre. 1st: Eye visible dimples with some wrinkles and blemishes throughout, some with ringing. 2nd: Some dimples, wrinkles and blemishes visible under 10x magnification. Some glue residue present where pearls meets metal base. 3rd: The drop-shaped pearl displaying eye visible ringing, wrinkling and dimples. DIAMONDS Bright and lively. Buyers' Premium and Charges
For all Sales categories, buyer's premium excluding Cars, Motorbikes, Wine, Whisky and Coin & Medal sales, will be as follows:
Buyer's Premium Rates
28% on the first £40,000 of the hammer price;
27% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £40,000 up to and including £800,000;
21% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £800,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.
A 3rd party bidding platform fee of 4% of the Hammer Price for Buyers using the following bidding platforms will be added to the invoices of successful Buyers for auctions starting on or after 6th July 2024 – Invaluable; Live Auctioneers; The Saleroom; Lot-tissimo.
VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
