CHIP-CARVED AND BAMBOO-MOLDED PEDESTAL TABLE 20th century, two demilune panels forming 46-inch top, the edge densely carved and pounced to depict fanciful people and animals in forested landscape with pagodas, lined with chain and egg-and-dart borders, bracketed onto a later, associated frame inside an octagonal skirt overhanging square pillar, both decorated with live-edge wooden molding arranged in geometrical patterns, over cross base raised on four block feet, 116cm wide, 116cm deep, 81cm high (46in wide, 46in deep, 32in high).
