[NEGROTTO, ALICE OLIVIER. 1925-1995.] Archive of signed correspondence and photographs collected by cookbook author Alice Negrotto, contained in 2 3-ring binders, 4to, with recipes, letters, photographs and ephemera signed to Negrotto from 'famous people,' used in the compilation of her book Favorite Foods of Famous People, published New Orleans, 1971. Alice Negrotto over two decades collected favorite recipes from famous people from all walks of life. Sometimes she would meet them, many of the signed items are on programs from appearances in the New Orleans area, and sometimes she would write letters requesting the response.
