Peru, ca. 100-700 AD.A good gilt copper alloy plaque depicting a lizard-like deity with inlaid eye, with a small tube for suspension and perforations on the lower section. Provenance: From a French private collection since 1960’s. Condition: Good overall, professionally cleaned, some incrusted verdigris patina.
