You can bid in person by registering with us prior to the auction commencing or alternatively you can bid by telephone, by leaving a commission bid or online on our website or with one of our partners. To comply with money laundering regulations, you will need to provide one proof of identification, such as a passport or drivers licence, every 12 months. When submitting forms by post or email, please ensure they reach us no later than 4pm (BST) the day before the auction is due to take place.
- Bidders wishing to use the online bidding service are required to register prior to the sale.
- All bidders will be require to leave a deposit of £500 payable by debit card or bank transfer upon registration.
- Deposits will be credited against any purchases made, any balance will be refunded.
- Any unused deposits will be refunded within 72 hours from closure of ALL the auctions.
- Barry L Hawkins accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss of the Online Bidding Service and the ability to bid.

Collections
Lots purchased can only be released upon receipt of funds in full. You should ensure that you have the necessary monies available and are able to pay before you bid.
All cars must be collected the Monday following the auction between 9am - 1pm. Our transport partners, J&I Transport M: 07736750890 can assist with collection and delivery - any vehicles not collected by 1pm will be taken to storage and additional charges will be incurred.
Buyers should satisfy themselves that they have all the relevant spares, documents and keys relating to their lot(s) at the time of collection.
We recommend that when you collect your purchase, you arrange for the car to be transported via a trailer/transport partner. This is to allow for circumstances such as flat batteries or similar situations, which can be tended to once the car is home.
