This portrait, based on an 1837 work by Fournier, portrays the French princess Élisabeth Philippine of France. The sister of three French kings, Louis XVI, King Louis XVII and Charles X, is shown in a black dress decorated with a white lace flounced collar and pink flowers in her hair.

We cordially invite all art lovers to our special Evening Auction held regularly each year at our gallery, Arthouse Hejtmánek in Prague–Bubeneč. The auction will be held in the winter garden adjacent to the gallery on Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 6pm.
