Original vintage cabaret show advertising poster featuring a fantastic design by the notable graphic artist Rene Gruau (Renato de Zavagli; 1909-2004) to promote the Bonjour la Nuit / Hello Night cabaret show at the famous Parisian nightclub Lido in 1971 for the club's 25th anniversary, created by Pierre Louis-Guerin and Rene Fraday and directed by Bob Turk with costumes by Folco. Colourful and flamboyant image of scantily dressed smiling Bluebell Girls dancing in their flowing white costumes with men in top hats as black silhouettes behind them against a dark blue background, the text over the white dress in stylised blue and black letters below. Very good condition, staining, backed on linen. Country of issue: France, designer: Rene Gruau, size (cm): 58x38, year of printing: 1971.
