Original vintage Soviet propaganda poster featuring illustrations of a Red Army Soldier and Soviet Navy Sailor standing to attention with bayonet guns. There are three quotes on the poster starting with Former Premier of the Soviet Union Vyacheslav Molotov - We now have 4 navies: Baltic, Black Sea, Northern and Pacific. It seems that this is quite a lot for one country, especially since our naval fleets are directly related to some oceans. But we have only been able to truly take on the construction of a naval fleet in recent years. The Baltic, Black Sea, Northern, and Pacific fleets have already begun to grow as expected for a Soviet great power. The second quote by Soviet army officer and politician Kliment Voroshilov reads - Our rifle troops are quite modern and in the required quantity. The equipment of our 80-armed rifle division with military equipment is at the proper level and is not inferior to the divisions of the most advanced capitalist countries. The infantry troops of the Red Army deserve to be proud of the entire Soviet country. The third quote by Kliment Voroshilov Bourgeois reads - Countries, especially fascist ones, spare no expense and effort to continuously increase their already enormous air forces in order to be stronger than each other. It goes without saying, comrades, we do not participate in any competitions or races. However, we do not remain blind to what is happening abroad. We are doing everything to ensure that the Air Force of the Soviet Union is at the height at which she is obliged to be. Good condition, fold, tears, creasing, staining.
