Set of four original vintage advertising poster on various aspects of space travel, moon mission etc. All stamped as supplied by British Interplanetary Society. 12 Bessborough Garden, London. 1. All Systems 'Go' , with images and accompanying text showing the thrusters of the Saturn V rocket, the command module, and the command cabin. Excellent condition, minor creasing, ink stamp at bottom; 2. On the Edge of Tomorrow showing photos of the Lunar Ferry with text describing the use of the craft and crew preparation for space travel. Good condition, creasing, small tears, ink stamp on the right side.; 3. Mapping the Target, with black and white photographs and accompanying text showing the surface of the moon and the location of the Ocean of Storms, the Central Bay, and the Sea of Tranquility,and the Surveyor III. Very good, minor creasing, ink stamp at bottom, tear.; 4. The Travails of Training, with photographs showing training facilities for astronauts, such as a mockup cockpit for a spacecraft, the lunar module, and a mock-up chamber for experiencing weightlessness and zero gravity.
