Original vintage poster - Naturfreundehaus / Friend of Nature House - featuring the Padasterjochhaus small lodge in a grassy valley with rocks in the foreground and snow topped mountain below the blue sky with the information against the decorative border below detailing the available dates from 15 June to 15 September and directions to the house with the logo showing flowers between a handshake in front of mountains. Founded in 1895, the Friends of Nature NFI Naturfreunde International provides recreational and travel facilities to encourage people's enjoyment of nature and understanding of different cultures through sustainable tourism whilst protecting the environment and building friendships; built in 1907 by the Vienna Friends of Nature, Padasterjochhaus is one of the oldest chalets and is located in the Stubai Alps in Austria at an altitude of 2232m. Good condition, folds, creasing, repaired tears, minor staining at margin. Country of issue: Austria, designer: Unknown, size (cm): 95.5x63, year of printing: 1920s.
