OOriginal antique menu cover featuring alcohol drink advertising posters for Dubonnet vin tonique au quinquina the fortified wine based aperitif Dubonnet (since 1846) with illustrations by Clerice Freres of an elegant lady in pink dress, fur, string of pearls around her neck and feathers in her hair pouring a drink into glasses with different country flags on them, the second image shows Liqueur des Peres Chartreux Tarragone featuring an illustration of a bottle in the foreground and Tarragona marked on the globe on red background. Printed by Affiches Clerice Freres Paris. Fair condition, staining, foxing, paper skimming, small paper loss, two posters stuck in folded hardback cover. Cover has crease, tears, losses, staining, embossing, ornate metal corner. Country of issue: France, designer: Clerice, size (cm): 38x55 (unfolded) 38x27.5 (folded), year of printing: 1912.
