Original vintage travel poster - Spend your Holidays in Jamaica Loveliest & Most Romantic Tropical Isle The Blue Lagoon Jamaica - featuring a colourful design depicting birds flying around a sailing boat in full sail on the calm blue sea with flowers and palm trees framing the circular image with a pirate standing on the side holding a smoking gun with an open old treasure chest on the ground, the coins and jewellery flowing out with red and green scarves, the stylised text in bold red and blue lettering above and on the side in blue with information below in red: Free Literature and full particulars obtainable within or from Tourist Bureau Jamaica BWI (British West Indies; dissolved in 1962). The Blue Lagoon is located in Port Antonio Portland on the island of Jamaica in the Caribbean Sea and is popular with tourists and honeymoon couples. Good condition, repaired creasing, minor surface damage, purple stain at bottom left, backed on linen. Country of issue: UK, designer: Unknown, size (cm): 76x50.5, year of printing: 1950s
